خلاصـــة
تناولت الدراسة فى هذا البحث التركيب الهستولوجى الدقيق لخصى ذكور الحشرات الكاملة لفراشة بلح الواحات المشععة كعذارى بالغة وكذلك لخصى ذكور الحشرات الناتجة فى الجيل الأول والثانى. وقد أظهر خصى ذكورالحشرات المشععة بالجرعة المعقمة 400 جراى كعذارى وجود فجوات فى سيتوبلازم الخلايا الغذائية وتحلل للحيوانات المنوية، أما تشعيع الآباء الذكور بالجرعة تحت المعقمة 150 جراى فقد أدى إلى نقص فى عدد الحيوانات المنوية وتشوهات فى كل من الحيوان المنوى والذيل. أما بالنسبة لخصى الجيل الأول، فأظهرت النتائج تركيبات شاذة وتشوهات بكثرة فى كل أجزاء الحيوان المنوى لم تظهر فى الآباء المشععة بينما الجيل الثانى أظهر تأثراً من الإشعاع أقل من ذكور الجيل الأول.
ABSTRACT
The ultra structure of testes in adult males of Ephestia calidella irradiated as mature pupa and the testes of F1 and F2 adult males were investigated. Testes of the adult males irradiated with the sterilizing dose of 400 Gy showed vaculation in the cytoplasm of trophic cells and degeneration of eupyrene sperms. Irradiation of male parents with the substerilizing dose of 150 Gy caused a reduction in number of the sperms and malformations of both the sperm and the flagellum. Testes of F1 males exhibited much greater abnormal structures involving all regions of the sperm than the irradiated parents. Testes of F2 males were less affected by radiation than F1 males.
